We had set up an appointment to see the car since we were driving from 2 hours away. Cat was so much fun to talk to as was Jay! I had a great experience here. At first I wasn't sure I wanted to get my car through them as they didn't want to come down in price, but Jay assured me he wanted experience here. My initial visit took much longer than I would've liked. I was there for an hour and a half and got only a few price quotes I went over to Matt Castrucci and they gave me better pricing and it only took me about 15 minutes before I had a great deal.. I called Jay and informed him I was going to go with Castrucci. He asked me to give him a chance to make things right...and did he ever. He honored his word and beat their quote right there over the phone. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the general friendly atmosphere at Jeff Schmitt. At the end of the day I was really taken care of and I know without a doubt I made the right choice. I have never had so much fun car shopping. Cat was such a great person and a great salesman. I had a few questions after my purchase and I called Cat and she answered all of my questions promptly. I cannot wait to come back and see the people at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Although it was about an hour before closing time on a week night when we introduced ourselves to Zach, our sales stumbled across Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Once we had made the decision to purchase, all the other staff members were very courteous and friendly, even though we kept them working long past their normal hours.
