I went in there thinking that I would not be able to get a car, I was wrong, I came home in a car. I would like to start off my review by saying that our sales person, Aaron Right, was newer and still has a lot to learn. He was friendly and helpful, but seemed to get slightly irritated with us when the sales person, Aaron Right, was newer and still has a lot to learn. Aaron was not mean or disrespectful at all, he just seemed a little frustrated at times. One other thing that Aaron needs to refine is his terminology. He kept referring to things being "xxxxxxxx". We still bought a car from him, but to some people using that word would be a deal breaker. On the other side, Aaron gave my son money out of his own pocket for my son to buy a soda out of the vending machine. It is not that I do not like Aaron. I truly think he is a diamond in the rough and will grow with experience. As I have already stated, we still bought a car from this dealer, and it seems to be a very nice car. Jack, the finance manager, was also very kind and helpful. It was obvious that Jack was very organized and knew what he was doing. If you need a used car, I would suggest looking to see what you find at this dealership. More

Traded for a used SUV. Generally happy with my vehicle, except the service engine soon light came on after only 5 days of owning it. Dealing with Gabe was fine, although it became clear he didn't really have the power to sweeten my deal. Overall, I give them a neutral rating. I expected some hassle, and I got what I expected.
