Through this inquiry, I came into contact with Karma Ross. She answered all my questions about the new Lancers and invited me to come in and test drive a new Lancer. I did so on Sunday, January 22. During this visit I met with Ms. Ross and Dan, a sales manager. I had not intended on a purchase that day and wanted to think about my upcoming new car buy. Throughout the course of the week, I continued to internet shop for a new Lancer. After making several phone calls and negotiating a price, I decided to return to Jeff Schmitt to work with Karma. On Saturday, January 28, I spoke to Karma via the phone and stated I would be in around 1 pm to purchase the Lancer, I had driven the week before. My experience once back in the dealership was overwhelmingly lengthy. In fact it took over 4 hours to sign the paperwork in order for me to drive away in my car. I do not clearly understand what took so long. I do understand that the traffic count seemed high and everyone was busy helping others; however, I wasted my entire day waiting to sign a few papers that literally took 10 minutes. Ms. Ross was very apologic; however, her portion of the business had moved onto the next man, the sales manager. Dan was seen numerous times running from one end of the building to another-he seemed to be running ragged at his position Saturday. Barry, another manager, spoke to me and we have come to a resolution on the issue. I only wished that my exceptional experience with Karma had continued throughout the entire buying process. I was disappointed to see a man sitting at desk behind doors marked "private"- who was rarely seen in the showroom where literal chaos was taking place. I would expect that a dealership as large as Jeff Schmitt, could have called for help from perhaps another dealership of his in regards to finalizing in the finance department. Ms. Ross's customer service was exceptional, she is a patient salesperson who I enjoyed working with. She clearly understood my goals as a new car buyer! If the need arises in the future to buy another vehicle, I will return my business to Ms. Ross. If I could offer a few recommendations to this dealership-it would have to be a lesson on teamwork...a demonstration from the top of the chain to the ones who are helping to line your pockets-your sales people. I would also recommend replacing the stained tan carpet as well as a fresh coat of paint with some vibrant colors for others who may have to sit in the same closet space staring at white and gray walls for an entire afternoon. The interior appearance of your showroom should have the same standards that your employees are held too. More

After getting approved for the car I was wanting he took me over to fill the paper work out and that is where I met aaron lairmore where he went over every paper and fine print with me.. After getting all the paper work done he had the car washed and cleaned up for me as they also filled up the gas for me.. I HIGHLY recomend going to them as i will do the same thing in the future.. There are a lot of choices to purchase a used car and I recommend refraining from doing so with Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi. We recently purchased a 2008 Ford Focus. From our experience: They will pressure yo recommend refraining from doing so with Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi. We recently purchased a 2008 Ford Focus. From our experience: They will pressure you, to the point of lying, to use their financing, attempt to sell us services you don't need (read the contract very carefully, had I not it would have cost me an additional $2K) and they will fail to stand by their sale if something goes wrong afterwards. We drove an hour to this dealership because of the "advertised" good reputation. A few weeks after the sale my wife was in the area and scheduled an oil change, repair of the interior carpet which had pulled away again (it had been "repaired" when we purchased the vehicle) and an overall maintenance inspection. When my wife picked up the car she was handed a multi-point inspection and the keys. She noted the carpet wasn’t repaired and was given no good reason why it wasn’t done. The inspection sheet noted the wipers were amber and had question marks in regard to the rear brakes. She was sent on her way without any further explanation or offered any options to reconcile these issues. This dealership promotes their company as a caring, up front business that a customer can count on after the ink dries on the purchase contract. This certainly was a factor for us in choosing Jeff Schmitt in the first place. The car allegedly had an extensive inspection prior to being dubbed sales ready. How can the brakes go bad so soon after purchase. Why was it so hard to fix the carpet? The first time? The second? Why weren’t the wiper blades replaced? Why wasn’t my wife given an assessment on the brakes? All of these items were corrected at our expense. I wrote a letter to the CEO of the dealership expressing these concerns and received no response. As noted there are many choices out there and given those choices I would not recommend this dealership. You may get service consistent with their brand message or you may not. Why risk it? I received an email the day before yesterday from the sales person who sold us the car requesting I post a review. Well here you go. More

This was absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had in 44 years. I cannot think of anything that could have been better about it, short of them giving me the car outright. Drive the cars and do all of this with typical spring weather. I was there to get a key made with for my Eclipse. I was just looking around. I have been looking at different dealers, and all of the cars from Mitsubishi. I was really not going to buy one. I was made an offer and asked "what it would take to put me in that car" I drove. I told them what it would take. I got 2 of 3 and signed the deal. I choked on the purchase....just buying something new. But I am very happy and working on getting everything done for my first ever... brand new car. I have always driven used or bought used cars. Very good and friendly people to work with.
