Horrible Manager! I just bought a used car from this dealership. If I did not really like the car or my salesperson I would have gone elsewhere! They did not offer me I just bought a used car from this dealership. If I did not really like the car or my salesperson I would have gone elsewhere! They did not offer me anything and everything I asked for I did not get! I asked if the car had 2 keys and they told me they lost the packet that went with the car so they did not know. The manager told me on Saturday he would find it and have an answer for me by Monday morning. Monday morning comes around and I ask about the second key and the manager told me he didn't know that he would have to find the packet...wait a minute you told me on Saturday you would find it before Monday and now you are telling me you don't know anything about it??? We tried for a couple of days to sign the papers but there was an issue with the title, come to find out the manager inputted something incorrectly. When we finally make the appointment to sign the papers the manager tries to charge me an extra $1,000! WHAT?!?! We finally get that straight and go in to sign the papers and the manager does not know what he is doing and has to have someone come and help him! That person introduces himself and tells us it will take him five minutes to get the paperwork together and within ten minutes we should be done...an hour and a half later we finally leave! The manager told me he would put some gas in the car to help offset the cost of me having to come in so many times. He comes out and tells me that it is all gassed up and ready to go! We get in the vehicle and start it up to see that it only has a quarter tank of gas...I don't know about you but in my opinion that is not, "All gassed up and ready to go". I have never had such horrible service in buying a car. Again, if I didn't really love this car or like my salesperson I would have gone somewhere else. Great Salespeople but a horrible manager who does not know what he is doing! More
