We had gone to a smaller lot looking for a car and wandered over before hours just to peek without expecting to find something in our budget. Our salesman Aaron was just getting to work and came out to greet us before the dealership even opened. He was very easy to talk to, down to earth, and not the least bit pushy or over excited which was a huge plus for us. He had good things to say about his team and seemed very positive they could help us get into something reliable and within our budget. Skeptically we told him which cars we were interested in and why and he explained which ones he thought were the best choices and why. We all agreed on 1 that stood out above the rest and we drove it as soon as the manager opened the doors. Of course we fell in love with the car and being a certified dealer we knew we could trust it. We were still skeptical about financing and crossed our fingers. The finance manager was able to secure us a loan just over what I wanted to spend but it was still in our budget! Being a Sunday he wanted to make some more calls so we bought the car and found out the next day that he was able to get us a better deal! He saved us an extra $80 a month with a different lender that hadn't been open when we were looking. So not only did they work their magic in finding us a lender but they took it upon themselves to get us the best deal possible. The sales team was friendly and were not the least bit pushy. The service team made sure my care was safe for my family. I also got top dollar for my trade in. I couldn't be happier. I love my new car and I had a wonderful experience despite a bumpy credit history. More

We were made a deal on a vehicle and were under the impression that a warranty was included in the negotiated price. while we were signing the papers for financing we were informed that the warranty w impression that a warranty was included in the negotiated price. while we were signing the papers for financing we were informed that the warranty was an extra $3000.00. This did not set well with me. I was ready to call off the deal and take my vehicle and go home. I don't know the Managers name but he came in and apologized and worked some numbers and cut the price of some things and saved the deal. I eventually left with the vehicle satisfied. Well, it has been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. I was promised an Owners Manual for the vehicle that I purchased and still haven't gotten one yet. During the deal being made on the vehicle, I was told the warranty would be 3 years 36,000 mile. When I got it in the mail it is for 2 years 24,000 miles. They also told me the vehicle had a clean car fax. Maybe in their eyes a wrecked vehicle is a clear car fax. These people with out a doubt are the biggest con men I have ever dealt with purchasing a vehicle. They don't return phone calls, they blow you off and always find a way to blame someone else instead of fixing a concern or problem.It is with out a doubt the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and accepted a person not just a dollar sign. We explained to Aaron what kind of car we were looking for and in the price range we were looking for. He went talked to his boss showed us a few cars and than we found the car we fell in love with. His was very nice, knowledgeable in what he was doing, friendly. He helped us in every way that he could to get us into the car that we wanted. He was not worried about making a dollar off of us. He wanted to be in a car that we wanted to be in and that would could enjoy for years to come. Allen got our payments right around where we needed them to be. They took their time with us and we did not feel pressure at all, unlike some of the other places we had been. He was a great guy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. I hope he is still around selling cars when I need another new car. Purchasing a car at Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn was a great experience. From the second we stepped onto the lot, Gabriel was there to greet us. We couldn't be more grateful for his committment, professionalism, and superior customer service. Behind the scenes, Allen Prather did an excellent job relentlessly trying to find us a lender that would give us the payment and interest rate we needed, which, I admit, was no easy feat.
