I immediately felt at home and even though I did not plan on purchasing a vehicle, once he had an idea of what kind of car I was interested in he did all he could to ensure I found a vehicle that met my needs. He literally put me in the perfect car at a price I couldn't pass up. Not to mention the way i was greeted and felt whilst talking with him, I felt very comfortable and could tell he is passionate about what hes doing and thats hard to find theses days. This is the second purchase I made from Jeff Schmitt Nissan the first being years ago and I bought a brand new Nissan Armada which was a 50k SUV and I This is the second purchase I made from Jeff Schmitt Nissan the first being years ago and I bought a brand new Nissan Armada which was a 50k SUV and I was treated exactly how I excepted to be with a decent purchase like that. This time I purchased a used Mustang GT that is 7 years old and I just can't express how pleased I am with my salesman Sam Allen and the guys in the finance dept; Kevin, Robert and Mario. They all went above and beyond to make sure I got my car. My credit is far from good but I drove out with a car that I love and a decent interest rate and a chance to re establish my credit. When I purchased my car there were a couple of issues with the car that they agreed to take care of so I also have had the pleasure of working with the service dept and again they ( Josh, Travis and Jacob ) have all gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with a loaner car and impeccable service. Not Professional I Felt that Matt Never listen to anything I said. All he kept saying is that he was loosing money on the car we were looking at. We Finally did get down to a price and thought we had a deal except the Next morning I get a call From Matt stating that he cant do That Deal unless I use there Financing. I explained Very first thing that I had a special deal with My credit union with financing But I dont think he heard anything I said. After telling him I was not willing to use there Financing, HE said he could not do the deal ,(HE WAS LOOSING MONEY). He eventually hung up on me!!! That happened at 9:45AM and I phoned another dealer, Proposed the same deal to them, got an answer in 10 Minutes and purchased a 2015 Murano with $200 more in accessories and had a $200 higher MSRP for the original deal with Matt.
