I didn't have much time the day I purchased. I offered them a price, they accepted, I test drove the car, came back later with a check. They were very friendly and understood my time crunch. I spend less that 30 min. total with the dealership (only because of my time constraints) and they did everything they could to meet my needs. They offered home delivery, but there is no way I would ever purchase a car without driving it first. More

Ba did not show me how to use the car before I left. I am 82 and just had open-heart surgery so I am not the sharpest tack in the bag, hence my problem with the car.
