Superior Customer Experience with Konrad I am writing to share my experience with purchasing a 2017 VW Golf R from Konrad... Yes, I'm writing about my VW purchase from an Acura dealership, be I am writing to share my experience with purchasing a 2017 VW Golf R from Konrad... Yes, I'm writing about my VW purchase from an Acura dealership, bear with me. If you're looking for an Acura, you can go test drive one at any dealership, negotiate a good price, sign and drive away. It's fairly straight forward. But buying a used car is much more difficult. How do the service records look? Does it run well? How's the paint? Etc. Etc. I was looking for a 2017-2018 VW Golf R with a DSG Transmission. The one at Superior was 1 of less than 25 available nationwide. The CarFax looked good, but I live in NY and checking the car out in person beforehand was not an option. So I got in contact with Konrad, who made this one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. He provided detailed photos, helped me confirm service records and got the car independently inspected by a VW dealership. During the entire experience, he didn't once pressure me into making a decision. Furthermore, he was willing to do everything in his power to make sure I had all of the facts and felt comfortable with my purchase. Upon arriving in Ohio, I was able to grab a coffee with Konrad and chat with him. This guy knows cars. Most car sales people are just sales people. But Konrad knows the product down to the small details. It's not often that you meet an actual car enthusiast selling cars, but it's refreshing! Konrad is a trustworthy resource that can help you determine what car will work best for you. So this is why I'm giving Superior Acura, specifically Konrad, 5 Stars. I have no regrets for flying to Ohio and making a purchase sight unseen. Next time my family needs an SUV, I'll be reaching out to Konrad for an Acura. More
