First of all, our sales representative Steve was great. There was no pressure to buy right away. All our questions were answered in much detail; we were not rushed either even though we did not buy the vehicle the first day we visited the dealer. Second, we did not have to spend all day at the dealership. The process was easy and quick. While we were waiting for finance manager, the sales representative explained all car features and set up the stereo system and connected the phone to the car. This experience was so much better than my previous one with Fairfield VW. I would recommend Superior Acura to all my friends and family! And I would definitely be back for future purchases! More
