Experienced, Efficient, Economical and Easy I knew what car I was looking for when I called Superior Acura. I had already gotten a quote from another dealer in town but didn't feel good about I knew what car I was looking for when I called Superior Acura. I had already gotten a quote from another dealer in town but didn't feel good about it so I wanted to compare. (I am very low maintenance when it comes to car shopping because I do my homework and know exactly what I want.) I happened to reach Steve Swantko when I called, that morning, and told him my story: what I wanted, what I was turning in, and what price threshold I needed to be under. He called me back about 30 minutes later and said he had the car in stock and the monthly payments were much better than my first quote. I had my new car that afternoon at 4 PM. The car was ready when I got there and the leasing paperwork went very quickly and I was out the door. I was impressed with Steve's ability to read "Me" and know I didn't want to spend a lot of time on this. He was an excellent, low pressure salesperson whom i will call again when my lease is up. More

Acura I leased a Acura from this dealer. While the leasing experience was ok at the time, the follow up service from the dealer left something to be desire I leased a Acura from this dealer. While the leasing experience was ok at the time, the follow up service from the dealer left something to be desired. I escalated the issues up to management (at the time it was Lenny I believe) but ultimately couldn't come to a mutual understanding. I ended up switching to a different dealership to maintain the vehicle and ultimately lease my next Acura. More

Great experience with Jason at Superior Acura! I bought a certified used car with salesman Jason Johnson and the whole experience from start to finish was great! Great Experience Lenny and Steve worked with my via phone and email as I was planning to move back to Cincinnati from overseas. I knew the car I wanted and they just m Lenny and Steve worked with my via phone and email as I was planning to move back to Cincinnati from overseas. I knew the car I wanted and they just made it happen with a great price. When it was finally time to take delivery, they had my new TLX clean and on the showroom floor for me. All the paperwork was prepared in advance and took a matter of minutes to complete. This left more time to spend with Steve showing me the features of the car. That was a bit overwhelming so he encouraged me to come back anytime with questions. Overall a great experience. More
