I was treated with respect as used car buyer. Sometimes if a dealer see's a woman walk in they automatically are treated like they don't know anything. In this case, that didn't happen. Scott was honest and upfront about the car I was inquiring about. He was very patient with me because of the timing of coming in, viewing the car then the purchase. Scott bent over backwards to give a full tank of gasoline so I could drive my 90 minutes home. He was personable. He had a great sense of humor. He treated my mother with respect as well. I was very impressed with this dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend them. More

My husband and I felt like a person and not just a buyer. So, I stopped by for an oil change. I haven't been to this dealership in many years. I think it was called Brinkhouus GMC back then. Most places want to change the fluid in my transmission( my car has a manual ), sell me a new battery, new wipers, flush the radiator etc etc. .Not Tim. I was surprised. They checked everything even fixed my tire which had a nail in it. I felt like I have been a regular customer at Jeff Wyler in Shelbyville for years. I asked Tim about a new Chevrolet and which was the most reliable. Tim recommended the new Cruze. " Once we sell one we almost never see the car again they are that reliable and trouble free" said Tim. He asked if I wanted to meet a salesman. That's when I met Scott McHugh. Scott was very knowledgeable about the Cruze. His product knowledge was impressive. When I asked about the new Sonic he offered me a test drive as I had been reading a lot about this car. Big surprise. Scott didn't ask for my drivers licence, birth certificate or drive down the road for five miles before letting me drive. When I asked how far he would like me to go for my test drive. He merely said " I need to be back at the dealership by 5:00 pm" it was 11:00 am. When I told him I would bring my wife by to check out the new Sonic he told me not to bother. I asked what he meant Scott simply said "Take the car home to show her ". This floored me. A dealership that trusts it's customers not to mention the great deal.I don't don't know why I was treated so special. I am not famous. However, I will be buying my next car from your dealership.
