First new car buying experience made easy! Rick McCoy was a great Salesman. He was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Without knowing that I'd even get approved he treated me with respect and understanding. In addition, to this the finance team/number crunchers (Jerry Smith and Steve) were also very helpful and honest. I felt that they were truly trying to get me the best rates. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the detail job on the car when I picked it up. The day before I pointed out spots in the Interior that needed cleaning and it was still there when we picked up the car. The outside was very clean but the windows were also very streaked on the inside on the day I brought it home. More

My one petpeeve is that when I retrieve my vehicle, the radio is on or reset to some other station and my seats have been reset to a position in which I can't possibly drive at. Service disgust I asked if transmission fluid was checked. I was told it takes a transmission specialist to pull the dipstick to check the fluid. At a previous appointment, you wanted to replace a damaged radiator hose that the outside cover failed,but you needed to do a radiator flush because pieces of the hose may have flaked off. After replacing the hose myself, I can see no way rubber can flake. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. More

I drive 30 minutes to this dealership I purchased my Jeep Wrangler three years ago and got my first several oil changes free, so I drove 30 minutes since I didn't have to pay. Once the free ones were used up, I got my next oil change at the Jeep dealership 5 minutes from my house - big mistake. From the time I walked in the door my experience was not even close to what I've always experienced from Jeff Wyler dealerships. No customer service, and the job was poorly done. I felt like I was bothering the people who worked there, and was treated like a number. Not at Jeff Wyler - they are always friendly and make me feel like a valued customer, and their work is second to none. I will continue to drive the distance to have quality work from a company I can trust. More
