My van was in front 20 min before the advisor came to me The advisor told me the oil change would take one hour it was fine by me but I want to know why my van was in the front for 20 minute before the advi The advisor told me the oil change would take one hour it was fine by me but I want to know why my van was in the front for 20 minute before the advisor came and told me my van was ready. I don't understand why the advisor did this he had time to come out and tell me because he was out in the showroom talking to a employee. I went to the van and made sure it was my and it was. I think the advisor shouldn't say it would take one hour also you never make a customer wait. I love Jeff Wyler Ft Thomas service but the advisor was wrong. Jeff Wyler needs to hire more people like John who is a Great, and nice advisor. More

They actually helped me review a purchase I was about to make elsewhere as I had found a vehicle I thought I wanted. Keith gave me suggestions, tips and congratulated me. That other sale fell through and Brandon checked back with me. Sure enough they had gotten in a vehicle that suited me and they helped me get the deal I needed.
