I say honest, because a different Jeep Dealer in Cinti. gave me misleading information -- as well as totally lied -- trying to get me to buy asap. Saying "you can't order that" (you can) to "we now have that here" (no, they didn't) to get my business. While I waited for my custom Jeep Renegade order with Jeff Wyler, Nate Hogel kept me informed: "yes it was coming", every step of the way. Picking up and buying the car was both a pleasure as well as Very Educational. Many bells and whistles need careful explaining, and Nate did a perfect, thorough, patient job.
