Great experience purchasing new Ram I was in search of a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins. I was looking through and contacting all local dodge dealers via email and their websites. I found a truck I was in search of a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins. I was looking through and contacting all local dodge dealers via email and their websites. I found a truck that I like at this dealer and another in Florence KY. I contacted Jeff Wyler and was immediately contacted by Steve McCoy, he listened to everything I wanted and took the info on my trade. I sent pictures via text of my trade so they could do a sight un seen appraisal before I went all the way to the dealership. He was able to locate a truck that was perfect for me and even more so once I found it had a 6 speed manual trans which I actually wanted but is very hard to find anymore. We went over numbers and I gave him an idea of what I wanted, shortly after that he contacted me with numbers and they were much better than I had thought they would be and the deal was great. The other dealer I contacted was unable to get in the same world as Jeff Wyler and told me that what they are offering me was impossible and they would change the payment on me as that is what they do. After arriving at Jeff Wyler on Friday, Steve gave me a copy of the finance breakdown showing everything, the other dealer was right it did change, they got me a better interest rate lol. Steve was very busy when I arrived juggling customers but I was never left waiting and other salesmen and managers stepped in to take care of things when he could not. Everyone from sales to finance was great to deal with. Would buy from them again, and would recommend to anyone. More
