Service Department JT Franklin has been my service advisor for a long time. He always has done right by me. Always have a posirive experience here. I have been coming here for years for both purchasing vehicles & servicing of those vehicles. This is the 4th Jeep that I have owned. Safety recall work performed. Had two safety recalls that had to be taken care of. Called and made appointment. Later discovered I could not make that appointment and had to resche Had two safety recalls that had to be taken care of. Called and made appointment. Later discovered I could not make that appointment and had to reschedule. Using their online scheduling service I changed appointment to a Monday morning at 07:30 am. Dropped the truck off on Sunday evening so they would have first thing in the morning. Got a call around 10:30 am that truck was done. Work was completed in a timely manner. Really like the online scheduling service. Got a quick reply that new appointment was set. Note that price is N/A due to manufacturer recall. More

coolant leak problem I stopped in for service for a coolant leak on my way home to Pennsylvania from a vacation.
