Greg had worked with me on the internet before my visit to the dealership and had been very cordial and professional. He had offered me what I thought was a good deal on the car that I wanted. He met me when I arrived and provided a car loaded with even more options and a better color (in my opinion) so when I completed my test drive he shouldn't have been at all surpised that I was sold on the car. He then let me drive that car home for an errand and when I returned he completed the deal and offered my a car payment I could afford. It was after that when the experience went downhill. I've bought many cars in my life. Several from that very dealership. But I've never had to wait that long to sign the paper work. Even for the tent sale!!! And you can imagine how many more cars were sold that day! Greg did a wonderful job and I love my car. After arriving at the dealership and meeting Keith all of my concerns were quickly put aside. We were offered and took advantage of an extensive test drive. Keith offered but did not require that he accompany us. My wife and I took the car for a spin and tried every button and option available. Steve the finance mananger was very informative and honest. I even bought the "lifetime" extended warranty at a very competitive price. The first extended warranty I have ever purchased. Bottom line is I purchased the exact Jeep I wanted and got the best price available. I drove over 80 miles to Jeff Wyler and would gladly do it again. I called my local dealer and asked if they could match Jeff Wylers advertised price and they said the would call me back in 15 minutes. Needless to say they never called.
