Buying a car, new or used is stressful, at least for most people, I think. It is for me anyway, and I've bought a bunch of cars, but my experience with Jerry Ray Smith, jr. was the very best. Jerry's persona people, I think. It is for me anyway, and I've bought a bunch of cars, but my experience with Jerry Ray Smith, jr. was the very best. Jerry's personality, experience, knowlege of the process, and attitude made me comfortable, and turned my new car purchase into an easy, actually enjoyable, experience. Oh, and I got a great deal on the new Jeep, with no sales pressure, no games, no puffery. None of that. Jerry gave me the lowest price around right from the start, and I knew it (I checked around). But then it got even better, when Chuck Wendland, commercial acct mgr, heard that I was buying this Jeep for my company. Chuck found me yet another sizeable discount, even after I was already "sold". These guys are awesome, personable, and Honest. They will work late to give you the best, hassel-free, stress-free car buying experience around. They did for me. Go see Jerry Smith. Seriously. Go. I have had past experiences with Jeff Wyler in 2002 when I purchased my Jeep new off the lot. Coming back in 2012 for this 2010 Chrylser was a great decision. I got a great deal, good service, and greeted w I purchased my Jeep new off the lot. Coming back in 2012 for this 2010 Chrylser was a great decision. Jerry Smith made my frustrating search for a used car into a successful one!!! When other dealerships did not quote me prices for vehicles, he did! He listened to my needs, found cars within my budget, into a successful one!!! When other dealerships did not quote me prices for vehicles, he did! He listened to my needs, found cars within my budget, and in under 4 hours, I walked out of the dealership and drove home! Jerry listened to me and my story of working for the military for 30 years. We found common ground in our experiences on bases in Germany. He not only listened to what I wanted in a car, but he took the time to listen to my 3 year old granddaughter's request for a red car for grandma. He then brought out the best he had at a great price and within my budget. The dealership took care of all the little details that would have caused me to wait until Tuesday to drive my new car. I was very impressed with the dealership, the people, and especially Jerry Smith! Fast, friendly, and caring was how my visit went. I had missed a previous appointment and was called at home for a reschedule. I was in and out in about an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and an ele missed a previous appointment and was called at home for a reschedule.
