We called Ernie about a used car, he returned our call right away & gave us all the info. we requested. When we decided to seriously look for a car it was Ernie that we wanted to talk to. He was very cour right away & gave us all the info. we requested. When we decided to seriously look for a car it was Ernie that we wanted to talk to. He was very courteous and showed us exactly what we were interested in. We found the right car for us. I'm not sure the car had been gone over as well as it could have been. A piece of plastic was missing between the back seats , there was no manuel with it and no jack. But all of these were taken care of in a timely way. We felt like the buying process was too long, and we had to talk to too many people. The man that wanted to sell us the extended warranty tried to pressure us a little too much. We got two new tires for the front and 4 oil changes, and the price was right. Overall it was a good experience and we would recommend Jeff Wyler to our friends. More
