Needless to say, I was not originally wanting to buy another one, but didn't have much choice. Once I learned my van was not going to be fixed, I looked online at several dealerships to replace it. After looking at used van prices and milage, my husband and I decided to purchase a new one. I found a few 2011 vans (new) online and wanted to see them in person. I called the dealerships and learned that Jeff Wyler was the only one to actually HAVE the 2011 vans as posted online. Keith was the salesperson I spoke with when I originally called and he was understanding of my situation and said to please stop in and they would be glad to help me find what I was looking for. That night, my husband and I looked at 2012 Toyota Siennas and the salesperson was not very helpful. He kept telling us why we shouldn't buy a Honda or Chrysler/Dodge, Kia, or Nissan, but didn't really sell the Sienna. We went ahead and asked for an estimated monthly payment and it was not in our ballpark. The next day, Saturday, my husband and I went to Jeff Wyler as I told Keith we would. As soon as we walked in a gentleman asked if he could help us. I told him we were there to see Keith. Keith came over to greet us and remembered the conversation from the previous day. He did not try to pressure us into getting something we didn't want. He asked us what options we were wanting and the price range we were hoping to get. He took us to a few 2011 Town and County's and explained the differences. Then asked if any of them fit what we were hoping for. We ended up with a Town and Country Tourning that, to this point, I absolutely LOVE! The business manager was also very polite and helpful. He helped us find a reasonable intrest rate and explained extra contracts that we could purchase, but didn't pressure us either way. This dealership was very "no nonsense" and I truely appreciated that since I really wasn't in the car buying mode. They helped make the loss of my other van and the payments of a new one more bearable. More
