An unexpected problem with my 2003 Jeep Liberty brought me to the service department. Deonia Patton kept in phone contact with me through the process, even though I had to leave town for several days while me to the service department. When I learned the extent of the engine damage, I decided a trade-in would be the best option. Deonia passed the information along to Keith Brown (New Car Manager) and Kelly Daughtery (Sales Representative), who listened to my situation and began the search for a replacement. We had a tight price-point to meet, but Kelly searched the inventory for numerous options. After multiple phone calls, we narrowed the search down to three or four good possibilities. Ultimately we found the right fit for me in an extremely clean 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kelly's courtesy, concern and assistance were above and beyond expectations!
