Great Experience on a surprise purchase I had been researching vehicles on CarFox. I sent online requests from the site to Mike Albert, Jeff Wyler, Jake Sweeney, Premier Auto Group and an un I had been researching vehicles on CarFox. I sent online requests from the site to Mike Albert, Jeff Wyler, Jake Sweeney, Premier Auto Group and an unidentified seller. I heard back within the hour from Tommy Miller. By the next day I had actually only heard a response from ONE OTHER of the dealerships I had emailed requesting information. That in itself was aggravating. Tommy and I spoke on four different occasions between his initial email response to my request. He rescheduled an appointment for me to be able to come in on Wednesday night since I had obligations for the remainder of the week. Tommy was still with a customer when I got there. Tim was able to take over with the information that Tommy and I had already discussed. The car I came to see was with a buyer on a final inspection. Tim came up with other options based on my requirements. Tim was very straight forward with what I would be able to get based on my trade and the payment amount and term that I wanted. I had driven to Fort Thomas from my home in the Maineville area based on my conversations with Tommy over the phone. The car I ended up purchasing they drove to Jeff Wyler in Eastgate to get for me. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The waiting area was also comfortable and easy to do work from.
