I took my wife's 2009 Dodge Journey in for regular service and to have the brakes checked. I rarely drive this vehicle. I have a company fleet vehicle through Wheels, Inc MAP program. It is very difficult to get approval for certain repairs and maintenance. I tried recently to get new tires and brakes from the tire dealer program. It is very difficult to get approval for certain repairs and maintenance. I asked Deonia Patton to check those two items and try to get them added to the list, which included a new battery and terminal. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that they needed the car an extra day to have the tires installed and the brakes repaired. In my opinion, Deonia is a keeper.
