Our sales rep Daniel was terrific. He was very knowledgable about all the minivans we looked at, both new and used. He demonstrated how all the seats worked to create more space. He went on a test drive with both of us individually because we were there with both of our kids. Between the two of us we have purchased 8 to 10 cars combined, and neither one of us could recall a car salesman who did not try to sell us the car during the test drive except Daniel. I did some tests on the road that my Dad had taught me when I was a teenager, and the vehicle performed very well. I slammed on the brakes a couple of times and let go of the wheel to test the alignment. Our salesman and the finance manager worked with us on our deal. We traded in my wife's Saturn that was paid off, and even paid off my Elantra and still allowed us to keep it. We were very happy that we still had only 1 car payment, but still 2 vehicles. Most of all, what was impressive to us was how patient Daniel and Linda were with our kids. Our 4 year old son was all over the place touching every thing he could get his hands on. He even broke off a piece of a trophy Daniel had on his desk recognizing him as a 2 time winner of the employee of the month award for 2010. Daniel did not even bat an eye and pretended that it did not bother him, but I'm sure it must have. Linda gave our son and our 20 month old daughter a stack of her business cards to play with and let our son use her stapler to staple some of her business cards and blank pieces of paper together. He used all of her staples and Olivia our daughter threw a bunch of bite sized snacks all over the floor of Linda's office and Linda just laughed! Daniel and Linda were very personable and consumate professionals at the same time. We were there for over 4 hours and our kids were nuts but Daniel gave them both balloons and Linda was so understanding even when our son almost broke a tropy she had in her office. Whatever they are being paid, it is not enough! More

After bringing my car in for an oil change and to inspect a peculiar smell coming from under my hood, I was pleased to find that the certified technicians at Jeff Wyler Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge were able to a peculiar smell coming from under my hood, I was pleased to find that the certified technicians at Jeff Wyler Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge were able to get to the root cause and offer a solution to my problem. Turns out I had a cracked seal in my radiator and I agreed to get it replaced. I was originally quoted 2 days before I could get my car back becuase the parts were not local. Turns out I got my car back the very next day and was given a loner car free of charge so that I didin't have to miss work. I am very pleased with this experience and will be doing business there in the future, for certain. Thanks Jeff Wyler CDJ (especially Dallas Duncan, service tech.) The sales woman called me, gathered all the information needed for the loan and then I drove in to sign the paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour! That evening, we noticed some physical damage to the vehicle that we weren't aware of when we purchased the car. We called and spoke to the sales manager who asked us to bring it in the next day. Two days later the car was repaired and returned to us at no cost and they provided a rental for the days they had the car. I originally purchased this Crossfire from Wullenweber in Cincinnati. They are no longer a Chrysler dealer and Jeff Wyler in Ft. Thomas was close to where I work at the Great American Ball Park. I had noticed some paint failure on a trim strip above the passenger side door. The factory warranty was set to expire in a few days so I stopped by Jeff Wyler during my lunch break to schedule a repair of the paint issue. While I was there I noticed my right rear tire was low. Deonia had me pull into a service bay and the tire was inspected and the air topped off on the spot. I pointed out a few small stone chips on the hood and was informed their chip repair specialist would be in latter that week. The next day I dropped off the Crossfire and drove my Jeep for the next few days while the repairs were performed. It was a week of rainy weather so I would have been driving the Jeep anyway. I picked up the car Friday during my lunch break. The roof paint was covered by the warranty, the stone chip repair was performed free of charge and the right rear tire needed a plug to repair the leak, total cost to me...less than $20 ! The nice folks at Jeff Wyler gave me a free car wash before I left and aired-up a low tire on my Jeep while I was there; outstanding !
