During my visit to Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas, I was really impressed with the level of service that I was given. To set the scene, it was a snowy day, and when I came to look at a truck, AJ had pulled the tr impressed with the level of service that I was given. To set the scene, it was a snowy day, and when I came to look at a truck, AJ had pulled the trucks I was interested in buying into the garage area so my children and I could look at the differences in the 2 models without being in the cold. That was only the first of 3 things that made my experience a great one. The second was when my children were getting restless, AJ took them into the waiting area, got them a coloring book each and something to drink, and turned on cartoons! That means a lot to parents with small children, just because of the level of service, and the caring attitude. Then as mentioned before, the third reason my expereince was great was that when coming to pick my truck up, it was slushy, and the roads were a mess, they offered to have me bring the truck back after the roads were cleared and re wash and clean my truck. In my opinion, this was the best customer service and level of care that I have ever seen before. When you add in being treated like "family", it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you to AJ Osman for really surpassing my EVERY expectaion. I will be back in the future because of you. More
