We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service appointments and each time our technicians and advisors have been great to work with, especially since our van has an extended warranty. Jeff Wyler CDJR has been consistently disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve given them multiple chances, and each visit has come with a new issue. Here’s the full list: • Fender Damage: They ripped the fender off my vehicle in their car wash and never took full responsibility. • Lost My Car: After dropping it off, I was literally sent home while they tried to locate my vehicle. They had no idea where it was. • Failed to Reset Alerts: After service, they didn’t reset any alerts in the system, leaving me unsure whether anything was actually done. • Wheel Damage: The most recent issue involved visible wheel damage after service. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted they were aware of it but failed to document it. That’s either neglecting to note a known safety concern—which is dangerous—or more likely, they caused the damage and tried to cover it up. This place is consistently careless, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service and accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change, let alone anything more serious. Avoid Jeff Wyler CDJR at all costs. Updated to add: I received a call from Eric, a General Manager, who stated that he reviewed video footage showing my vehicle arriving on-site with damage already present on the rear passenger wheel. That’s an interesting claim—considering that’s exactly where the wheel is still located. So, which is it? Either your team caused the damage, you failed to document a known safety concern, or the work was never done. Which version is the truth? Also stated I am no longer welcome at Wyler. Unprofessional. unreliable and unresponsive. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the service department and management for a span of 9 months and would unreliable and unresponsive. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the service department and management for a span of 9 months and would strongly recommend going anywhere else for repairs. It was very difficult to get responses to phone calls and emails when trying to obtain information on my vehicle, I contacted management and even the Wyler family owners directly, who apparently have no interest in customers or how their business represents them. While my interactions were generally with the service department, I would not buy a vehicle from any Jeff Wyler dealership based on this experience. More
Happy Custermer I've taken my 2007 Ram and my 2010 Chrysler there since I purchased them. I call ahead to make an appointment and have always received great service. My vehicles are always done on time and great care is taken that my service experience is to my liking. Having been in that type of environment as a mechanic I know that there can be problems. But now as a customer I can see that problems crop up, But they have been able to head them off as quickly as possible. More

Service dept needs help !!! what a change in 3 months I'm sad to say the services has changed in less than 3 months of buying my second car. They got me in the same day and every thing was taken care of in about an hour and a half. They have done all of my service work since I bought the Truck from them in 2015. I go out of my way to go back to them ( I live about 25 miles from them and pass a Dodge dealer getting there. Deonia makes sure every thing gets done in a timely manner since I have to wait for my truck. Thanks to Deonia and the great service dept. for making this happen. More

I spoke with Tommy when I I suddenly had a warranty issue with my '14 RAM. Two other area dealers were quoting me 2-4 weeks out service appointments. I spoke with Tommy when I called Ft Thomas and explained I needed my truck in 21 days for an upcoming vacation planned a year ago. He asked if I could bring it in and leave it for a few days, and he would try to work it in if they had a cancellation or some time. Well I did and they serviced my problem within 2 days. Tommy and his dealership was the only service person that would work with me. Thanks for getting me back on the road. More
