Service was a joke Had an absolute awful experience. A simple oil change and tire rotation should not take 7 hours to complete with an appointment schedule. Appointment More

We are sorry for the issues you had with our service department. Could you please give us your name, the names of the people in service you dealt with and the date of your visit so we may look into what happened? Thank you.

Customer did have an 9:00 appointment for an oil change. When customer arrived for his appointment the customer stated he had an heated seat problem plus there was an open recall that was also found at this time. At this point we could not give the truck to one of our quick lube technicians and had to be give to a Chrysler certified Warranty technician. We now have to wait for a specific technician to get time to complete all services requested by customer. Customer stated he would not be able to pick the unit up until later in the afternoon. Service manager then asked customer if it was OK to just call him when it was done and customer agreed. Customer then showed up prior to receiving a phone call from the service manager. Being the last day of the month that is the busiest day we squeezed Mr. Hamilton's truck in to make sure it was done by the end of the day so we did not have to inconvenience the customer to make another appointment for the heated seat issue and recall.

I dont know the guys name at the desk. It was Tuesday may 30 appt was at 9am and when i got there at 415 they hadnt even started to rotate the tires. I even agreed to purchase the $149 dollar deal that was offered before this happened. Kicking myself in the butt bc i wont ever come back to Jeff Wyler. Should have just stuck with Jake Sweeney where i purchased the truck

Squeezed me in? If you couldn't do it dont schedule the appt. I never once asked about a recal. I asked if the seat could be looked at and he said it was an after market. So you service guys took it upon yourselves to chase a recall that he already knew wasnt ready yet so im not listening to that bs. Ask around about your service? Its the armpit of the whole place

Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lawrenceburg responded

We are very sorry for what happened when you brought your vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, when we had to address the recall and the heated seat, we could no longer run it through the quick lube technician with whom you had your appointment. We should have gotten your permission to address the recall and we are sorry they did not communicate with you on this issue so you could choose whether or not you wanted them to address the issue. Thank you for telling us about what happened. We will do our best to learn from this mistake and try to make sure we handle cases like this better in the future.

We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with our dealership. Could you please give us your name and date(s) of your visit(s) so we may look into what happened? Thank you.

I could fill 2 pages with my grievances about this dealership. There is only one that really upsets me. Back in June (24) 2016, I had purchased a Jeep Cherokee. Before signing for the car I had noted several scratches on the car and my reservations about purchasing car with the scratches. I was assured they would be corrected and was given a policy to repair/correct them at my convenience. The policy I was given lasted for 1 year. When I called to utilize this policy to correct/fix the scratched, I was told the policy only covered DENTs and not scratches. But there never are/were any dents on the car.

Could you provide us with your name and the name(s) of the person(s) you spoke with so we may try and find out what happened? We usually require all work on a vehicle that needs to be done after delivery, be set up within 30 days, so we would like to be able to look at your paperwork we have on file so we can see the work order for the scratches. Thank you.

My name is Greg Burt and your comment about all work being done within 30 days is a JOKE. One of my complaints is that while registering everything , i found that my jeep needed a software update. After contacting dealer I was told this would require a service call that I would be responsible for and it had not even been a month. Either my experience is unique ( which i doubt) or you are clueless!. One thing you should address is that my car was a demo which means somebody had used it but I found that that user's phone information was still stored in the jeep. that is carelessness

Thank you for giving us your name so we could look into what took place. The work order you signed stated that we would fix the scratches on the vehicle. However, it did not state that you had up to 1 year to have the work completed. It stated that all work must be completed within 30 days unless otherwise noted. We are sorry that you do not like our 30 day policy on doing work for our customers. The reason we have that policy is so we can make our customers happy by completing the work they need done in a timely manner because they usually want it done as soon as possible. That being said, that does not mean that we do not accommodate a customer's wishes by giving them more time if needed but it must be noted on the work order. We are also sorry for the other issues you had with the vehicle after delivery, however, there is nothing we can do, other than apologize, since the events took place almost a year ago.
