Worst dealership around! Jeff Wyler Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lawrenceburg Indiana is the most incompetent company and has made our car buying experience HORRIBLE! We bought a 20 Jeff Wyler Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lawrenceburg Indiana is the most incompetent company and has made our car buying experience HORRIBLE! We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango in March 2019, May 19th it was already to be serviced. I kept getting an alert that popped up saying to turn the car off, it would be turning off soon. I took in for what was supposed to be 2 day's, only for it to be over a week. Every time I would call to get an update, the head mechanic said he wasn't getting any codes and couldn't get it to duplicate it for then. After several calls, Eric (the lead mechanic) said he got in touch with an engineer for Dodge and there have been some of the same cases. Eric said it was due to the battery and he finally got the Durango to duplicate why we initially took it in. Eric said he recgarged the battery and it was "fixed". When I got to the lot to pick it up, they never provided me with documentation of what was wrong and what they did to "fix" it. A week after having the Durango back, the same light came on. It would pop up and it would go away spuraticaly. On June 7th I was driving down the highway and my entire dashboard and radio turned off. At the same time everything lost power, my power steering went out. I had to manually pull the car off the road. It took me two hands to get the car off safely. I called Jeff Wyler and explained what happened and told them I need it to be looked at. She said She could get it in on Monday but they wouldn't have a loner car for me to drive. I took the car in on Saturday morning to drop it off. The sales manager, Jesse, was sitting there with his boss Matt. We explained everything that had happened and our concerns on the Durango. Jesse asked Sam if they "fixed" it, would she feel safe to drive it? She stated no because she doesn't know if she could safely get the car off the road if it were to happen again. Matt said he understands and completely agrees with her and we need to get out of this new car. They then told us to go on the lot and pick a new truck. Dodge was running a huge incentive and could get us out of it. We found a truck we liked, told Jesse which truck we picked and he said that would be a good pick for the trade. Jesse said we needed to submit another application for the truck and he would work hard to get it done. After waiting around for about 30 minutes after completing the application, Jesse said to take the truck home and he would have an answer that day. At 6 o'clock we hadn't heard back so Sam called. Jesse said the bank approved the loan and the trade and our monthly payment and interest rate would be the same on the truck as it was with the Durango. Jesse said he had to wait until Monday to have his boss go over it all and see if they are willing to take the 9k loss. Because the Durango was new, we owed more than its worth and to get us into a safe vehicle Jeff Wyler would have to take a 9k loss. Mpnday came, no word from Jesse. Samantha called and was told she was being transferred to him; She got his voicemail. Hours went by and no reply. She then got a text message from Jesse saying "did you leave the Durango key?" Samantha replied yes, we left it with the sales associate that processed our application. At 2:18 Jesse text Samantha and said "nothing yet... Just seems to far apart but I'm working on it." Jesse then proceed to say the bank payment and rate are coming out to be over $900 a month. Samantha asked if it would halp for her to call someone at corporate to explain why this vehicle was not safe and received no reply from Jesse. Tuesday at 1:40 Jesse text Samantha and said he could not get it done and his manager said the only option we had was to stay in the Durango after it was fixed. Samantha requested documents from the first time the Durango was in showing what was done and to have them emailed to her and a phone number for his (Jesse) boss. She received no text message back. At 530pm we went to the dealership to get the phone number of Jesse's boss and the documents of what was done the first time the car was in the shop. When we got there, out car was in the same spot we parked it on Saturday (it was now Tuesday) and the car was unlocked. We went inside to talk to Jesse and he said there is nothing He can do. Jesse said the head mechanic was taking the Durango home for the night to see if he could get it to duplicate the error. We would have to contact Jim Bock which is the fixed operations manager. We went back to talk to service (a few minutes after 6) and everyone was gone and the Durango was still on the lot. No tech taken it home as we were told. I got Jim Bick's business card and the documents from the first time it was in. On Wednesday morning at 9:31am I called and left a voicemail for Jim. At 11:15am a man named Joe called and said He was incharge of the service department and to explain to him what was going on. Joe was extremely rude and cut Samantha off every time she would try and explain the issues and why it is an unsafe vehicle. Samantha had to get stern with him and tell him to let get finish. After she got done explaining everything, Joe's reply was "is that it, are you done?" Joe then said he himself drove the car and got it to duplicate the error, that there was definitely something wrong. Joe said he would fight for us to make it right and he personally would give Jim a note to call her that day. It is now after 9pm and Jim has yet to call us. Our credit was ran 6 times to try and get the loan for the truck to get out of the durango. This dealership has a D+ rating on the better business bureau with similar cases to ours. At this point, even once we receive the car back, Samantha will not be driving it and I am skeptical myself. We pay a lot of money for a new vehicle that is supoosed to have great safety features but in reality it is very unsafe. We still have not received our car back or any idea as to when it will be returned, a call back from Jim Bick, or an explanation as to why Jeff Wyler thinks it is better to try and fix the car for the second time in a month than to stand by their product and realize something is wrong and put us in a safe vehicle. We even told them we would gladly take another Durango just as long as our family of 6 can be safe while in it. More

Warranty and faulty part I believe I had a faulty spring in my steering wheel from the factory . When I asked at the counter about how often do these springs go bad he replied I believe I had a faulty spring in my steering wheel from the factory . When I asked at the counter about how often do these springs go bad he replied not too often . I have under 60000 miles on it .So I asked if they could knock some off the price I was told no because I have a service contract with a 200$ deductable this is a part that should not go bad with less than 50000 miles I was treated very rudely . Pathetic Service department and management Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg's service department has been a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ESPECIALLY FOR DIESEL. I have a 2013 Ram 3500 D Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg's service department has been a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ESPECIALLY FOR DIESEL. I have a 2013 Ram 3500 Dually Flatbed. It developed a leaking exhaust manifold gasket due to broken Manifold bolt. I took the truck to them and had them repair it. This truck is my sole source of income for my family. I explained that to them and they reassured me it would be top priority and they would get it in and out fast. So I left it with them and they had my truck for over a week. Most of which it did not move out of its parking spot . This cost me alot of lost income. Got the truck back and 4 months later it was leaking again. They decided they would fix it under warranty. GREAT! However, just a few months after that, the turbo bearings were going out. I put A LOT of miles on my truck. I received a ridiculous quote from them for replacing the turbo. So I checked with Done Right Diesel Performance in Osgood, Indiana and they were 1/3 less cost for a BETTER HEAVIER DUTY turbo. When they went to remove the exhaust manifold (the turbo is attached to it) they realized it had a couple bolts broken completely off and a couple bolts that were cross-threaded so badly that they weren't even put in all the way. This allowed the manifold to warp. So the entire head of the motor had to be removed and sent to a machine shop to remove, repair and re thread everything damaged by the cross threaded bolts and poor workmanship by JEFF WYLER LAWRENCEBURG. This resulted in a huge increase in cost and being without my truck for almost an entire month which is a HUGE loss in income. I have attempted to contact Service manager, General manager and even sent a detailed letter to them. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me. I rely on these trucks and with my growing business I will be adding trucks to my fleet and I can guarantee at this point I will not purchase any from JEFF WYLER , nor will I let the service department touch them. I will also voice my opinions to ANYONE who is considering purchasing from them or having service done. I originally gave them the chance as they are a long time local dealer but sometimes that just doesn't work out unfortunately. More
