customer service was fast, friendly and to the point, no hassles, they went and retrieved the vehicle we desired immediately. Contacted dealership through website and Charlie Maynard responded within minutes at 1:15 AM. We went over what I was looking for and he worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and let me know every step he was taking from day one. There were no hidden surprises, no promises made that weren't delivered and no headeaches! When the truck I wanted was found, all the paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign, the truck was clean and ready for me to take home and Charlie went over the truck thoroughly with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership. I didn't feel any stress at all. Definitely recommend the dealership and Charlie Maynard. More
