We found that with ALL the employees we've encountered at Jeff Wyler Buick/GMC in Florence, Kentucky. David Bromwell gave us plenty of time to make up our minds about the kind of vehicle we wanted and he was not pushy at all. He explained ALL of the features to us and stated that if we had a question at any time to not hesitate to contact him. He always made himself available to us. Not only is he a great salesman, he's very nice and humerous. He made buying a car a very pleasant experience for us. Ron explained all the features and assured us if we had any questions about the operation of all the devices, not to hesitate to return and see him. We bought a 2012 Malibu and it is everything we wanted in a car and more and the price was very reasonable. I hope we never have to buy another car but if we do Jeff Wyler is where we will go and Dale Camfield is the salesman we'll ask for. I do have to add that everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And when we left those who were standing outside all yelled Congratulations. Overall experience is the best I have experienced thus far with a dealer. Bill was non-pressure and was receptive to every question or concern I had. It wasn't a make or break point...but attention to detail shows quality of service... More
Looking to purchase used car. This dealer had the car I was looking for. Had good contact via email so I went in to drive. Had to wait for 1/2 hour to get service. They couldn't find the key - used the was looking for. Had good contact via email so I went in to drive. Had to wait for 1/2 hour to get service. They couldn't find the key - used the second "taped up" broken key. The car was supposed to be a GM certified vehicle, however it hadn't been detailed at all. So the car drove well and I asked to come back and have it put on a lift. Thank goodness I did. The front bumper had been ripped underneath from someone running over something, and then backing off and the bumper got caught. The solution was to put a bunch of pop rivets in to hold it. How the heck this is "certified" I'm not real sure. My frustration is the "typical car dealer" feel. Don't give me the talk about how your different and care about the customer and then don't divulge important information. I didn't even get to the CPO 172 pt inspection sheet, but I am curious how it could have been completed since some of the things that needed to be done, such as detailing the car were not. More

Our Sales Consultant was Ron Daughtery who presented a benchmark professional and personal experience through this entire purchase process. We initially reviewed new vehicles more than 30 days before our purchase. Mr. Daughtery diligently walked us through the initial vehicle availability and followed up with several phone contacts through our final purchase decision. After our final purchase and pre-delivery, Mr. Daughtery spent more than 1 Hour reviewing the vehicle information system and operating procedure. Our past experience was to sign the contract and be handed a set of keys to go on our way... The additional time spent with us during the delivery period by the Jeff Wyler professionals led by Ron Daughtery, will be an everlasting experience, which we will always consider at our next purchase. I choose this dealership because my insurance company recommended them due to the warrenty on repairs. I brought my truck in for an estimate for damage repairs to the truck bed and back off cab. Body shop did an assesment and took pictures and had a quote the next day. The parts were ordered and I had an appointment set up at my convience. I actually arrived a little late after hours to drop off the truck but the service department was ready to take of me. They called the body shop manager to see if he was still in. He came up and stayed to check my truck in and told me he would keep me updated on the progress. which he did as promised. I picked up my truck and was quite suprised to see that it had been washed and vacuumed. The work was done very well and the paint was matched perfectly. I would definately recommend this dealership.
