Always a great experience I think we've purchased 3 cars from JW Colerain now and each time we've had nothing but the best experience with our salesperson and finance manager. Most recently, we dealt with Aaron Frisk in Sales and Joel Cooperstein in Finance. Both of these men tried very hard to give us the best deal and ensure that our experience was comfortable, fast, and catered to our needs. Obviously, you may want to do your research when selecting a car before you arrive. It gets fairly busy at times, so the more you know before you go makes things easier. Plus, know that your credit report will probably reflect 1-2 inquiries at a minimum. It was understood that there would only be one inquiry, but there ended up being 3 on mine. Not a huge deal in the end. However, it's good to know if you must watch that type of thing. More

We drove it and decided to buy it but there were a few clean up problems that Dan took care of immediatley .Dan explained the paperwork and warrenty and arranged for any problems we had to be taken care of by another jeff wyler dealership that is much closer to our home. He is even trying to contact the original owners to try to locate a second key.So if your looking for a new Honda are a pre-owned vehicle give Dan a call you wont be disappointed. More

Car Buying: The Good and the Bad Every time I visited the Jeff Wyler Honda (Colerain) showroom, I was greeted by a super friendly sales person. I first worked with Macello Gray. He Every time I visited the Jeff Wyler Honda (Colerain) showroom, I was greeted by a super friendly sales person. I first worked with Macello Gray. He was informative and took his time to go over the specs/engine even for a woman shopping alone. I wasn't ready to purchase, so I can't speak as to his negotiating. The 2nd time, my husband and I were both met by Bobby Grigsby. He too was friendly and knowledgeable, but did help push to get us a deal we could work with. Ninety-nine of the blame of our not purchasing a car from Bobby could be put on Lance Hargrove. Lance was arrogant and demeaning to us. He went as far as to assume we don't make enough money to buy a Honda by saying, "Our average customer makes $60, 000 a year," not even knowing what our income was at the time. He offered us a vehicle for $2000 MORE than it was listed for on their website. I did a live chat and got no help. I wrote a letter to Jeff Wyler and got no response. I left a negative message on Facebook and got a response. They asked me to come in and give them another chance. I'm glad I did. Aaron Frisk was AWESOME! I met with him on several occasions. He took his time, researched for the right answers to my questions, and helped fight for us in pricing. Lance Hargrove on the other hand was heckling me about how my wanting a passenger armrest was an, "expensive armrest." Jeff Wyler Honda could have made a ton more money if they had worked with us in buying the 1st (used) CR-V we were interested in. Instead, Aaron Frisk helped us get a new one for a steal. The day we bought, several others were buying vehicles and the finance department was backed up. Aaron stayed 45 minutes after his shift was over to set up our new car to our specs and to make sure we knew how to use and change things in the future. We left with a handshake and an offer to see him anytime we needed anything with our new car. I will be asking for Aaron Frisk the next time we need to purchase a Honda and I hope you'll ask for AARON FRISK too! More
