Three Honda's In the past 6 week I have bought or leased three cars for Jeff Wyler on Colerain. The salesman, Dan Maloney, that I worked with was great. He showed great patience and willingness to do whatever they needed to do to get the deals done. When other Honda dealers were not willing to work with me Jeff Wyler's management team wanted to step up and get the deal one! The only thing I could say that is a negative would be the time I spent in the showroom. I guess when you are working on three separate deals you should expect that. Bottom line is they did what they had to do to get the deals done! Especially the last deal, it happened very quickly and to my surprise right where I wanted to be. Our new 2015 Honda Pilot EX is in the garage because of Dan and Lance's hard work and had great patience. Don't know how they did it! No other dealer was willing to work with me on that vehicle. It was always here's the price, take it or leave it! Thanks to everyone at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain! In addition, I needed to have the valves adjusted on one of my kids Honda Accords and I had quotes from three places. My favorite local mechanic, another Honda dealer and Jeff Wyler. Jeff Wyler beat the price from one by $137 and the other by $60. Every penny counts and our Honda will be serviced at Jeff Wyler! More

I live out of state and happened to be in the area when I found my first vehicle online at Jeff Wyle This is my second purchase at Jeff Wyler Honda. Since it was only 20 mins. from the hotel I was staying, I went to Jeff Wyler, had a wonderful experience and purchased a vehicle. Dan Maloney was my sales professional for that purchase. He is awesome and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I recently decided to purchase another vehicle and even though Jeff Wyler is 3- 1/2 hours from my home, I felt it was worth the trip since I had such a great experience there the last time. Dan Maloney had recently called me to check on my previous purchase of 2 yrs ago so I decided to contact him for my current purchase. Again, Dan Maloney went out of his way to satisfy his customer. He wasn't scheduled for work until 1:00 pm but came in at 10:30 am to meet me as I was driving 3- 1/2 hrs and wanted to return home that evening. I purchased a vehicle and he made sure I knew how to operate everything properly. He is # 1 in my book. I will return again when I am ready for another vehicle and will definitely recommend Jeff Wyler and Dan Maloney to my family and friends. More

Thank you, Sean David I bought my first car yesterday -- a 2015 Honda Fit. It was my second visit to Jeff Wyler (I went in on Friday to test drive and came back on Monday t I bought my first car yesterday -- a 2015 Honda Fit. It was my second visit to Jeff Wyler (I went in on Friday to test drive and came back on Monday to purchase). At no point did I feel really pressured and I appreciated the follow-up service Sean provided between visits: he called once over the weekend saying the dealership had just received a Fit in the color I had shown some interest, but beyond the obligatory warning that the car would likely be sold that weekend (a strong possibility that I couldn't argue), I was not hounded to come in Saturday or Sunday. I came in Monday afternoon and left in my new car. I was (really) annoyed to have to pay $199 MSRP for factory installed mud-flaps that I really could care less for and I likely could have saved a few bucks elsewhere if I walked (I paid MSRP less a Honda-financed promotion), which I seriously weighed, but given the popularity of the car, the gift card promotion offered by Jeff Wyler is probably close in value to whatever savings I could have expected elsewhere. In all, Sean earned whatever commission he gets for one of the lowest costing vehicles in the lot. And as I have worked many years in customer service myself I do appreciate Sean's patience, advice and courteousness. I went with Honda Care as I am moving out-of-state and while the warranty service was 'strongly recommended' I did not feel pressured to get it or any other package. Whether or not it is worth the investment for the lower costing Fit (its work out to about $20/month for the life of the car), I appreciate the peace of mind it will provide, particularly since this is a newest model of the car produced in Honda's new Mexico plant. Ask me in 3-8 years if it was worthwhile; personally, I hope it is not as that would mean I had no need to use it! More
