Thank you, Sean David I bought my first car yesterday -- a 2015 Honda Fit. It was my second visit to Jeff Wyler (I went in on Friday to test drive and came back on Monday t I bought my first car yesterday -- a 2015 Honda Fit. It was my second visit to Jeff Wyler (I went in on Friday to test drive and came back on Monday to purchase). At no point did I feel really pressured and I appreciated the follow-up service Sean provided between visits: he called once over the weekend saying the dealership had just received a Fit in the color I had shown some interest, but beyond the obligatory warning that the car would likely be sold that weekend (a strong possibility that I couldn't argue), I was not hounded to come in Saturday or Sunday. I came in Monday afternoon and left in my new car. I was (really) annoyed to have to pay $199 MSRP for factory installed mud-flaps that I really could care less for and I likely could have saved a few bucks elsewhere if I walked (I paid MSRP less a Honda-financed promotion), which I seriously weighed, but given the popularity of the car, the gift card promotion offered by Jeff Wyler is probably close in value to whatever savings I could have expected elsewhere. In all, Sean earned whatever commission he gets for one of the lowest costing vehicles in the lot. And as I have worked many years in customer service myself I do appreciate Sean's patience, advice and courteousness. I went with Honda Care as I am moving out-of-state and while the warranty service was 'strongly recommended' I did not feel pressured to get it or any other package. Whether or not it is worth the investment for the lower costing Fit (its work out to about $20/month for the life of the car), I appreciate the peace of mind it will provide, particularly since this is a newest model of the car produced in Honda's new Mexico plant. Ask me in 3-8 years if it was worthwhile; personally, I hope it is not as that would mean I had no need to use it! More

Unnecessary service recommendation I recently brought my 2006 Odyssey van in for an oil change at 87,000 miles and was told that my power steering fluid was "dirty/contaminated" and tha I recently brought my 2006 Odyssey van in for an oil change at 87,000 miles and was told that my power steering fluid was "dirty/contaminated" and that my timing belt was "damaged, missing teeth." Total charges estimated at $1,342.90. The sad thing is I just had both of these services done a year ago at 76,000 miles. So either the Service Consultant this time was lying to me, or the service I paid for last year was not done correctly. Either way I have lost some confidence in the dealership and now view them as untrustworthy. Which is unfortunate for them since I have two boys who are a few years away from driving and will need vehicles. I will be sure to steer clear of Jeff Wyler. More

I have never had such a pleasant vehicle shopping experience than at this location with Jim Sweeney. He was absolutely no-pressure, very helpful and detail oriented. During this buying experience, we were not able to get to the dealership until close to closing time. This never seemed to matter to Jim at all. We were never rushed and he gave us his full attention every second we needed it. Once we stopped to look at an Accord EX-L V6 and never realized it was past their store hours. This didn't matter to Jim, he helped us look at the car and went over every detail. On the day we purchased this car, we again were not able to get to the dealership until late. Jim spent his time with us, never felt rushed and again went over every detail. He even spent time with us in the car going over everything, helping us setup Bluetooth, leaving nothing to be gone over. The dealership even closed, turned off the lights as it was 10:30 at night and Jim was still sitting in the car with us going over things until there was nothing left. You cannot buy service like this, Jim is just an outstanding professional and a very kind person. Thank you Jim Sweeney and Jeff Wyler Honda for such a pleasant purchasing experience! More
