We made work In visiting Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain on a super busy Saturday morning, I was greeted by a number of sales staff, of one being Ritch. We made work of discussing my visit and what I was looking for in a new Honda. I stated my goal of trading in my current Honda for something newer and with an upgrade in gas mileage. I had an commitment in the afternoon and had to leave. In stating I could return in the next few days, Ritch communicated via email to make sure he was available on my schedule. When I returned Tuesday evening, we picked up where we left off, and a short time later I was headed home in my new Accord. From end to end, experience and Honda staff were a pleasure to deal with. When it comes time to trade in our 2000 Odyssey (185,000 miles),we'll be sure to visit JWHofColerain (not sure when that will be though :)). More

New cheerleader for Bobby Grigsby and Wyler Colerain! I called Wyler Colerain saturday morning and Bobby took the call. I explained I live 45 minutes away, had a "lite" beer budget, lease was up and I n I called Wyler Colerain saturday morning and Bobby took the call. Bobby assured me, if you come in, I will make it happen - he did! I was greeted by Bobby and was given as much attention and respect as if I was spending the big bucks. Upon hitting the showroom, of course I was distracted by all the bells and whistles. Bobby helped to guide me along, worked very hard to make the deal and even stayed after hours to put me in the best car I could afford.
