Super I just started looking for a vehicle to replace my Nissan. I need a 4 wheel or all wheel drive. When I drove into the lot, Ash was standing outside and I asked where the used vehicles were. He came up, shook our hands and off we went. I told him exactly what I wanted, the payment I wanted. He didn't push me into something I couldn't afford..he knew what was on the used lot. I went in looking for a small SUV and got a Honda CRV. I never thought I could afford one. The finance person, Travis, worked with me to make this affordable. They listened to me and made it work. I was on a tight timeline because I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and they hurried things through so I could make it. I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back for my future car buying. I couldn't ask for a better team!! Thank you for NOT being pushy, thank you for NOT thinking we couldn't afford anything by the way we were dressed (this was a last minute..."Hey, while we are out, let's look at used cars"). Bought new Honda Accord We were very happy with Ash, he was very friendly and worked very hard, and went out of his way to make sure the deal went through. There was a lot of fun and laughing through out the day(it takes hours to get a brand new car), making it feel more like hanging out with your best friend than buying the second most important thing in your life other than buying a house. By the way, he works great with kids( I had a six year old with me the whole time), and parents with small kids will understand the headache it can be to bring a kid to a deal like this. My son never complained once and liked Ash a lot. To me that says a lot about someone's character. If you don;t feel confident within the first ten seconds of talking with Ash, that he is on your side and will work hard to get what you want, then ask for a new sales rep....Better yet tell him and he will change your mind. Quick service and friendly manager I went to the dealership for an oil change without an appointment. It is a nice touch to have bottled water available free, although I did not partake. My low tire pressure light had been on and I assumed that it was due to the weather change. My oil change was done quickly and when Jenny returned with my keys and paperwork, she told me that they had found a nail in a tire. They plugged the hole free of charge. I got what I came for plus a little more and a friendly person to take care of it for me. More
