Staff was friendly and well versed in product information 2. Price seemed reasonable. Cons: 1. Delivery was poor. After inspecting at home I found dirty windows and finish swirl marks. 2. Sales process is excruciating. Details: The sales process is WAY too inefficient. For example, our sales guy had to find a current inventory list to find a car we were interested in. The previous day, at a Toyota dealer the salesperson used a tablet app for the same thing. We spent 3.5 hours sitting around for price negotiations. I realize that most of that is psychological warfare, but we were ready to leave several times. The last round of negotiations was supposed to be a "this is something I think we can both live with". The number on the page, after playing a shell game with all the costs, was $1000 more than the previous price. We persevered, and bought an Odyssey. Once home I discovered wax/finish swirls all over, just like someone had applied a wax and left the car in the sun before buffing it off. The windows were dirty, too. Pretty much a rush job to get it out the door. Our sales guy said he would make an appointment to get it buffed out. Great. Until he said "show up at 7AM on Monday". Right. After spending $$$$$ on this car we are not going get it fixed at our convenience, not the dealer's. Ok, enough bashing. I enjoyed speaking with the sales guys. I have no opinion yet on the Odyssey. Time will tell. I will recommend the dealer to friends but suggest that they treat the new car as if it were a used one, and look for every possible thing wrong before driving it off the dealer's lot. And have an exit strategy when the price negotiations begin to drag out. More

Outstanding Experience I had the BEST experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. I was greeted by the General Manager as soon as I walked in, which actually surprised me. My sales as I had the BEST experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. I was greeted by the General Manager as soon as I walked in, which actually surprised me. My sales associate was very informative, warm, personable and NOT pushy. He actually listened to what I wanted and needed and didn't try to just "sell" me for the sake of the sale. The finance people were incredible as well. They didn't just sit behind a desk. They actually came out to me. Needless to say, I bought a brand new 2014 Pilot. After the sale, I thought I wouldn't see anyone. I was wrong, Tom Stout, my sales associate gave me his cell phone and told me to call or text when I needed an oil change or any maintenance to my car and he wouldn't ensure I would be well taken care of. The 2 finance people came out to tell my good bye and thanked me for my purchase and to call if I needed anything. The General Manager came out and sat down with me and asked me how my experience was and if there was anything they can do to improve their customer service. He too, thank me for my purchase. I have been leasing cars for around 10 years and I have NEVER had this great of customer service. Tom has already texted me to make sure that I am happy with my new car.
