My experience at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colrain was great! I was having a difficult time making a decision on whether to go with the Honda CRV or a Toyota. The facility (Jeff Wyler, Colerain) was clean, efficient, and attractive. The service people were prompt, friendly and helpful. My service advisor, Mr. Al Strohofer explained what was need to repair my vehic and attractive. The service people were prompt, friendly and helpful. My service advisor, Mr. Al Strohofer explained what was need to repair my vehicle and that the new battery pack would be ordered. My vehicle was useable during the interval. I was notified when the part arrived. It was installed in the time frame that was told to me. There was no charge. I was also told what I might do to avoid a repeat of the problem. I have so far bought three Honda cars from this dealership and intend on being a repeat customer. More

I did however get a letter from a Vehicle Exchange Specialist advising me to purchase a new car. *** Email sent to the Service Manager on on 3/1/14 *** Dear Bryan, My name is Barry Stewart. My wife Angie and I have been loyal customers and Honda owners since 1995 – beginning when it was Stillpass Honda. We’ve had our Hondas serviced entirely at this location. My mother in-law, Beverly Houze, has also been loyal to this location for four years. Over the last three years, since Ash left, I have noticed a gradual decrease in staff friendliness and an increase in service times. During my most recent visit at 9:00 am on 2/26, I observed your Service Advisors make eye contact and look away as I’m standing next to my Honda inside the bay area. I don’t expect people to run over to me like I’m in a NASCAR pit, but a simple acknowledgment that I exist would be appreciated. I’ve observed this consistently for the past couple of years regardless of how busy it is or the time of day. My wife, mother in-law and I have experienced a sharp increase in service times for simple oil changes and tire rotations for service scheduled by appointment. On my wife’s last visit, she experienced an 1.5 hour wait time and my mother in-law waited 2.5 hours during her last visit. These are for only routine tire rotations and oil changes. You advertise an Express Service where customers can just bring in their car without an appointment, yet a person that schedules service needs to wait two hours is very unacceptable and would not meet anyone's expectations. My mother in law previously expressed her concerns via email to you last summer, but never received a response. My recommendations are that you remind you staff to at least acknowledge customers which are basic customer service skills I would also suggest that your Service Advisors introduce themselves. I’m assuming that one of your goals it to develop relationships with customers so they will return, doing this help this. On my last visit, I had never met the Service Advisor that greeted me. He didn’t give me his name and although he didn’t end up being my final Service Advisor, I had to ask, because I wasn’t sure. I would also recommend that you give customers that take the time to schedule service take priority over customers who opt for Express Service. Two hours is too long to wait for simple service. To be fair, I feel that your mechanics do a great job and I trust that they are providing proper service recommendations. This is critical to building trust and future relationships with your customers. In summary, there are many locations that can service our cars - my mother in-law drives from Lawrenceburg, IN for service. We chose Jeff Wyler Colerain Honda because you are Honda experts and we pay a premium for your service. I’d like to continue to have my 2005 Honda serviced at this location, but these issues make the overall experience less than optimal. I’m asking you to consider my concerns and recommendations. More
Cole Tatsuno is a great salesperson. He was able to help me with no credit and now when I'm out 9 college my credit will be pretty high.
