I came in knowing my hybrid battery died. Al double checked the warranty for me and let me know that it would be covered. He also had a full vehicle check performed on my vehicle and found that the oth checked the warranty for me and let me know that it would be covered. He also had a full vehicle check performed on my vehicle and found that the other battery and brake fluid were bad. I had been told by another dealer that my filters were bad, but Honda had checked and told me they were great. My car was taken care of in 2 days and this included the ordering of the hybrid battery.
