Throughout the process of buying, paper-work and delivery of the vehicle, i felt extremely satisfied and felt that they took care of me. Internet sales team- "Kyle Robinson, Ritch Greco &Bridget" with John Rogers-finance; put in all their time and effort to get me the best terms for financing from American Honda. I will come back to buy from Jeff-wyler Honda and will recommend to my friends with no reservations! Keep it up team! More

Drew, (I am sorry I cannot think of his last name) and Al are just super. I am not very knowledgeable about automobiles, and they are very patient, understanding and explain things very clearly. What I also appreciate is even if I am coming in for just an oil change and service, they will talk with me about what I need to prepare for in my upcoming service or if something is faulty and needs to be looked at. It is the peace of mind that I receive from your company that makes me a very loyal and appreciated customer. More
I have bought several cars from Jeff Wyler Honda, for the reasons stated above. This is why I decided to buy another car. I received a call from Hank Sykes about keeping my payment the same and having a new car. I was considering changing cars because my mileage was piling up, so the phone call got me to the dealership. Hank was considerate enough to have a CRV waiting in the service bay for me, thawing out. I even decided to do this on snowy evening. I loved the car at first sight, and wanted it immediately. I traded in my 2012 CRV, for an upgraded 2014 CRV, that included all wheel drive. Hank had Dave Hallon help me out with a few helpful hints about my new car. He showed me a few things, but being I just traded one, a lot was the same as my older one. Dave helped me transfer my stuff from my other car to the new one. He also changed my plates. Needless to say the whole process went smoothly, with Hank finishing the papers with me, while my new car was waiting to take me home. Easy, smooth, and quick, it was a joy to be driving away in my new Jeff Wyler Honda. More

My battery died during our recent cold snap. Drew looked at my history at Jeff Wyler and saw that I bought my current battery at Jeff Wyler. He said that it was still under warranty. I have a brand new 2013 Honda Civic (I've had it for 3 months), that is being leased from a Honda dealer in another state. As the weather started to warm back up from the deep freeze Cincinnati recently 3 months), that is being leased from a Honda dealer in another state. As the weather started to warm back up from the deep freeze Cincinnati recently had I noticed that my windshield washer fluid would only trickle out of the holes. There was no indication on my dashboard that my windshield washer fluid was low. When I called, they were very friendly on the phone and told me to bring it right up. I drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told that my windshield washer fluid was most likely frozen and that was all they would do. The service technician was not overly friendly nor rude, just said that they've had a lot of cars come in with frozen windshield washer fluid. Never did they ask to see what the fluid looked like when it trickled out or even opened my hood to make sure everything looked ok. When I questioned this, mentioning that it was no longer freezing outside, I was told to wait a few more days. I'm frustrated that they never looked under my hood and just assumed that because other cars have had frozen windshield washer fluid mine was too. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money driving an hour round trip. More
