I would recomend Jim to anyone interested in a new Honda. He is no doubt an asset to the Wyler group. My wife and I were interested in the Honda Crosstour. I had visited other dealerships looked at the Crosstour and other vehicles. In a nutshell, I am approaching 60 and have developed a no nonsense approach to life and was dreading the process of purchasing a new car.. If you are there, look up Jim Sweeney at Jeff Wyler Honda. We have done business with Jeff Wyler Honda on numerous occasions. This was the second Honda that we bought from Larry Bonelli. Larry has been a pleasure in dealing with. We leased a CRV for my wife and a occasions. This was the second Honda that we bought from Larry Bonelli. Larry has been a pleasure in dealing with. We leased a CRV for my wife and a few months later we leased a Civic for myself. Larry throughout the process was fantastic as well as the finance people. I would reccomand Jeff Wyler Honda to my friends and family and to especially see Larry. We will be back next year when my sons vehicle is up for end of lease and I will be back to see Larry. I was in the market for a new Honda Civic. The first car I owned was a Honda Civic and I absolutely loved it. I decided I wanted to go back and get another Honda Civic for my next car. My goal was to buy and negotiate a new 2013 Honda Accord online thru email due to my schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to do this with Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain. I dealt exclusively with Conrad Barnes online thru email due to my schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to do this with Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain. I dealt exclusively with Conrad Barnes. I received a decent initial price quote from Jeff Wyler Colerain. When I explained I received a better offer from a competing dealer, they stated they would absolutely beat the price and asked me to print off the quote and bring to the dealership. I politely requested that Conrad give me a quote online and send me an official offer via PDF file. I was told that he was not permitted due to this because it was against company policy (Jeff Wyler) to go lower than initial internet pricing unless it was in person at the dealership. I explained that several other dealerships (Performance and Kings Honda) had given me PDF official offers and hoped that they could do the same. Here was part of Conrad's response - "I can appreciate your position. I apoligize. We make it easy. You bring your quote with you and we beat it. It's that easy. I guess there is a reason why you don't want to do this but I'm not sure why. We will make it worth your while for stopping out." Then, I politely thanked him and stated I understand that he could not compete for my business. Conrad then stated, " I can compete and I WILL get you the best price by hundreds of dollars but I need you to bring these quotes in that you have. That's all. It's that easy. If it's this easy, I am confused why someone wouldn't take 15 minutes out of their schedule to save hundreds of dollars. You can bring them in on your phone or print them out. When someone isn't willing to do this to save additional money, there must be a reason. Thanks for the opportunity." I explained to him my reasoning for negotiating thru email and sent him the breakdown of the other dealer's OTD price. Finally, he explained that he thought I was using him as leverage to negotiate with other dealers and would not send me another offer thru email. I understand why dealership and Conrad wanted to get me into the dealership, but his tone was fairly passive aggressive and not polite. They wanted me in their in order for them to get the best price and did not want to lose my business. It is much harder for me to negotiate with other dealers if I have to physically drive and speak to each one. The internet / email negotiation takes away much of the control and ability to make the most money for the dealers. I would not recommend Jeff Wyler if you would like to negotiate online. More

The customer experience is greatly influenced by the sales associate at any dealership. Both Kyle and Bridgett left an extremely favorable impression upon us during our buying experience. Kyle patiently helped us find the Accord with the options we wanted. He and Bridgett helped us get the deal we wanted. They made the experience as painless as possible. Keep up the great work! More
