We orginally went in to get our 2012 Honda serviced. Our first experience with this dealership was less than favorable. We were approached by a lady who had called us in regards to a vehicle exchange progr first experience with this dealership was less than favorable. We were approached by a lady who had called us in regards to a vehicle exchange program. Expecting more broken promises, we allowed her to speak with sales about getting us out of a costly lease. In comes Cleveland Parker, and Travis Wheeler. Between these two gentleman we drove out in a fianced 2013 Honda, lower payments, great warranty, and as such, lower car insurance because we're not in a lease anymore. We were nothing short of shocked and stunned that this happened, and are so very pleased with our purchase. Excellent job to Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Parker! More

My husband and I went to Honda in order to see about turning in a lease on our 2011 Pilot. Matt was awesome as usual. We've dealt with Honda of Colerain for 9 years and has the pleasure of meeting Matt turning in a lease on our 2011 Pilot. Matt was awesome as usual. We've dealt with Honda of Colerain for 9 years and has the pleasure of meeting Matt around 3 years ago. We walked out with a 2013 Pilot. There was no penalties for upgrading our lease even though we turned it in a year earlier. The price was amazing and we ended up paying less than we did for our 2011. Our experience was so great we ended up going back a week later and leased a 2014 Honda Accord Support for a phenomenal price. This post is no BS I assure you and I never post on blogs but I give thanks when thanks are due. We'll never drive anything but a Honda. We still have our 2005 Honda that we purchase in 2004 and it runs great. So thank you Matt and Hank for loving what you do.
