In September I purchased a new Honda Accord at Jeff Wyler Honda. The salesman that handled for another salesman who was off that day was Larry Bonelli, he was excellent, he went over and above what I Wyler Honda. I was very pleased to have him handle my sale. He explained the different features of the car to me and said he would set up my phone to the car system. I had planned to get a new cell phone. He said to call him and he would set up the new cell phone. He actually got me plastic bags for the items I had in the trunk and walked out and stood behind my car to make sure no one driving in the lot would hit me.This was not his commission entirely, he had to share it with another salesperson. If I buy another car for myself or a member of my family I would go to Larry. Patient, kind and nice which describes very few sales people.Jeff Wyler is very lucky to have Larry as an employee. Today was the last day of the month so the dealership was quite full but Conrad constantly kept us updated with the progress of our purchase as it made its way through the dealership. I would give an "excellent" rating due to various reasons. My visit lasted two days and on my second day I finally was able to purchase my new car. He was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. He worked with me to make sure I was able to find a car that I could not only afford but one that I had fallen in love with. The gentlemen I worked with from Financing was John. He was also very friendly and made sure to help me through the whole paper work process. He was also very egger to help me with any questions I had since this was my first car. If I were to buy another car in the future these would be the only two gentlemen i would want to work with.
