I wish every company was run as well as Jeff Wyler Honda. In every aspect, it was excellent. From the first telephone call I made people were polite and respectful. He was knowledgeable and had a nice personality. His name is Conrad Barnes by the way. I know he is a salesman but after a short time I felt I could trust him. The deal was good. The car is fantastic. I love it. I have owned and operated 3 businesses in my lifetime. It is hard to motivate employees to the point where they will do a good job for you. These people were excellent. I cannot say enough good things about them and the same is true about the salesman, Conrad Barnes. This the second car I purchased from this dealership. Bridgett was great to deal with, matched another dealer's price (who I found their sales associate to be quite rude ** Cough ** Kings ** Cough **). I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend, great price and you can't put a price on good customer service where the sales associate won't try any shady stuff to get more money out of you. I was leasing a 2010 civic and wasn't sure what I wanted to do in regards of buying it out or turning it in for a new lease. Jim was very helpful and looked at every possible scenario that would work wanted to do in regards of buying it out or turning it in for a new lease. At your Super Sale August 1,2013 I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic. There was an un-pleasnat smell in the car. At first i ignored it thinking it would go away. After several days/weeks I noticed that the smell Civic. There was an un-pleasnat smell in the car. At first i ignored it thinking it would go away. After several days/weeks I noticed that the smell was not going away. I also noticed days later that the left rear hub cap was bent. I called the dealer to arrange to have it replaced. On August 30,2013 I brought the car in to have the cub cap replaced. While at the service desk I noticed the Car Exchange Program sign. I asked Dana how did the program work. I told her that I was unhappy with the Civic I had purchased used at the Super Sale. She asked me who was my finance guy. I told her it was Travis but he was no longer in finance. She introduced me to Brent Smart who introduced me to Mohsen Safaie. Mo asked me a few questions. Then he went on the lot and found exactly what I wanted. I wanted a 2013 Honda Civic the same color as the 2012 and I wanted a factory sunroof. Although I regret having to pay more than I would have in the beginning for a new car, I am pleased that Mo worked with me and was able to get me what I wanted which was a new car. I am now satisfied and feel like this is "MY CAR" The 2012 never felt like my car. Mo personally sat down with me in the new Honda Civic EX and explained all of the features. He even set up my bluetooth and programed some names from my cell phone. Mo was very personable and a pleasure to work with.My experience with Mo was 100% better than my experience 30 days earlier at the Super Sale. Sincerely, Virginia Wiggins More
Great customer service! I really can't say enough about Demareay and how at ease he made me feel. I came in around 8pm and he and the finance guys worked until 11 to put me in the SUV I wanted withi about Demareay and how at ease he made me feel. I came in around 8pm and he and the finance guys worked until 11 to put me in the SUV I wanted within my payment range. I got more from my trade than other dealerships had offered and a better interest rate than others had quoted me. I never felt pressured to do anything or make any decision I didn't feel comfortable with. Even at 11pm I was walked through every paper I signed. I really can't see myself ever buying a car from anywhere else. More

We told Brent Smart & Sean David what we were looking for, and what we could afford, and they made it happen. We are very busy people, and the whole experience was finished in such a timely manner. We spent the day on 8/24/13 looking at a toyota sienna, but the color my wife wanted only came in the limited, which was way over priced for things we did not need. Found the same color on the honda odysse but the color my wife wanted only came in the limited, which was way over priced for things we did not need.
