We were looking for 2013 blue Honda Oyssey with navigation and without DVR. We went to two other Honda dealers who did not have the exact Honda we wanted and tried to sell us a van that was on the navigation and without DVR. We went to two other Honda dealers who did not have the exact Honda we wanted and tried to sell us a van that was on their lot. It was the end of the model year and neither dealership was willing look for/trade for the van we wanted. We called Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain while at the other dealer to ask if they had the van we wanted. We talked with Kyle Robinson who said they did not have one and told us the colors they had in stock. A few minute later, our phone rang and it was Kyle telling us that he had located the van we wanted and could get it for us. We went over to Jeff Wyler and in 90 minutes, we agreed on the price and he promised us he would find us a blue van. Kyle called the next day to let us know that there were only two blue vans that met our specifications within 300 miles. The van in Cincinnati had hail damage, the other van was near Chicago. Kyle asked us for our permission to drive to Chicago to get the van. We found out after the fact that Jeff Wyler had to trade a new 2014 Odyssey to get the van we wanted. We were impressed that the dealerhip would do this and very impressed with the way Kyle handled this sale. He was personable, professional, called with updates along the way and took good care of us. Most important, Kyle and Jeff Wyler Honda delivered on their promise. We would highly recommend working with Kyle and Jeff Wyler Honda. P.S. There were some minor things that needed to be fixed in the van. Kyle made the service appointment for us. When we brought the car in for service, Kyle even came down to the service department to make sure everything was ok and see if there was anything else he could do. We think Kyle has gone above and beyond what we expected and what most salespeople deliver. More

Before the day was over, he called me with a price and monthly payment. On Thursday morning I met him at the car lot and leased my new 2013 Accord Sport. I love it.
