My sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The only negative was that when I purchased it was on a Sunday and there was only 1 finance manager so I had to wait several hours. Carter showed me the first car I wanted to see. The CRV. He could see I wasn't really happy with the car. I am tall and heavy. Room was an issue for me and my passengers. I was about to leave, when he thought of a Cross Tour Demo on the lot. He took me for a test drive. I was throughly pleased with the test drive Carter worked with me on the pricing and trade options. He got me situated with the finance and trade in manager. Sean David also throughly advised me about the extended warranty products available. Then Carter had the Cross Tour detailed and changed my plates and helped me move my personal items to the Cross Tour. He then followed me home to get the title for my trade in and earphones and remote for the video player in the trade in. Making for a long day for Carter. This was my first experience with service and it was good. Tire rotation seems a little high. Is it necessary to balance tires every time you rotate? Oil change seems reasonable. Have been looking all over town at other dealerships to be disappointed by there offers. I couldn't get them to work within my budget. Then I meet Larry Bonelli. Go see him he is the guy standing by the front door with a BIG smile. He pulled up the best car you can buy a loaded V-6 Accord . He took his time, not pushy. He showed me everything about the car answered all my questions. We had a trade with very high miles. Mark Hendel called around to see what we could get for our used car and WOW he gave me a lot more than anyone else would. Larry and Mark worked a very fair price on the Accord and trade, then got me an even better financing offer than our bank could get us that we have been with for over 20 years. I want to thank Larry and Mark for working extra hard to make this a great buying experience and getting me the deal we needed. To avoid the nnecessity of having to come back to get it fixed, they had decided to swap the bumper cover with one from another vehicle.
