Carter showed me the first car I wanted to see. The CRV. He could see I wasn't really happy with the car. I am tall and heavy. Room was an issue for me and my passengers. He got me situated with the finance and trade in manager. Sean David also throughly advised me about the extended warranty products available. Then Carter had the Cross Tour detailed and changed my plates and helped me move my personal items to the Cross Tour. He then followed me home to get the title for my trade in and earphones and remote for the video player in the trade in. Making for a long day for Carter. This was my first experience with service and it was good. Tire rotation seems a little high. Is it necessary to balance tires every time you rotate? Oil change seems reasonable.
