My husband and my experience today at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain was exceptional! We have been to many dealerships within the past year and have most definitely received the best service at this location Colerain was exceptional! We have been to many dealerships within the past year and have most definitely received the best service at this location by far! Our first visit here from last summer initiated the sale that occurred today. Although we were not ready to make the purchase last year, we were treated with amazing customer service and it was clear they would do their absolute best to get us in a Honda that day. It was impressive to receive such great service from all sales representatives, too. It did not matter who's customer was who's, they all worked as a team to make our visit the best they could. A particular event stands out most last summer which was one of the main reasons we came back this year: It occurred while we were walking around waiting to hear back from financing, another sales representative approached us and asked how we were doing. We explained we were searching for a vending machine to get water. He politely told us where we could find it and then walked in the other direction. One minute later he found us at the machine with two waters in his hand. He left to get us bottled water and he wasn't even our sales person. It may not seem like a very big deal, but to us, who have been to many dealerships, it was above and beyond in our eyes. That gentleman's name is Lance Hargrove and today he leased us a quality and beautiful product, a 2013 Honda Civic for a great deal! It just so happened that even though we did not know this man's name last year. He was the first person to approach us when we pulled into the dealership today and continued with the exact same exceptional service. Easy to talk to, polite, and funny, he and service manager, Hank Sykes made a huge impression! Hank took the initiative to prepare our paper-work since the finance department was extremely busy with other sales prior to ours. He felt it not right we have to wait longer, and stepped out of his normal roll to assist our sale. He made us feel our time was important and did not want to waste it. The paper work took about 5 minutes total, as he had everything prepared when we walked through the office door. We felt confidence in his confidence and trusted him. Lance and Kyle were both great to work with. I started off working with Kyle on a Thursday but was just looking and I did test drive by wasn't ready to buy just yet and Kyle didn't pressure me in to buyin off working with Kyle on a Thursday but was just looking and I did test drive by wasn't ready to buy just yet and Kyle didn't pressure me in to buying if I wasn't ready (very friendly and know his stuff). Then I went back Saturday ready to buy Kyle was busy with someone else so he turned me to Lannce. Lannce was great took the time to get the car out and showed and talked all about the accord sport. Once I decided that the car was the one, we went into the numbers game. Once we agree on trade in and purchase price of the cars (a very pleasurable experience compared to dealings from the past). After all paperwork was done both Lannce and Kyle took the time to go over all the accord and help setup my phone to bluetooth. When it comes to buying my next car they will be the first on my list to help me find a new car. More

Oh My! It was the best of times, it was the worst of times . . . Love looking at and buying a new car but all that red tape and game play and ...OUCH! Thought I'd wade in slowly and broke the ice via phone where I was introduced to Lannce Hargrove. After several calls, I found Lannce to be professional, polite and well informed on his product. I decided to at least stop and look, not to buy on this sunny Thursday afternoon, but set the stages for all the steps I knew where coming. I told him what I was looking for, told him where I needed to be pricewise, and headed off to pick up my wife for a viewing of possibly our next vehicle. I had dealt with Jeff Wyler in my previous two adventures so I had a bit of comfort, a little bit but at least a bit. We arrived to find the exact configuration of the Honda Odyssey we had talked about, color, trim package, and it humored me to find it with a full tank of gas. Thought they did that when you were signing papers??? What an optimist! After about 15 minutes of 'Fun Facts" about the car and reiterating my bottom line, Lannce went to the "Manager" to see if my offer would fly. Fasten your seatbelts, here we go, let the games begin?! Lannce came back and in minutes agreed to my offer. Not bragging but I am no novice, after googling, calling, cross referencing, checking internet averages, talking to several about average prices, KBB, Edmunds, a friend at a Credit Union and more, I found the deal was too good to pass. A hand shake and I bought it. The finance guy was awesome, can not remember his name but awesome and showed me some options, very polite and not pressure driven. I gave all fives above because there were no sixes, I would have rated 10's if I could. I really did not expect to buy that night, maybe Saturday I thought but the "drive" was too smooth. I am 59 this Sunday and found this to be the easiest, smoothest, NO pressure car buying adventure I have ever had. Give them a opportunity as they are eager to perform. Dean Nieporte More
