After internet communication with Conrad, who quickly gave us quotes on a new 2013 CRV-EX, we went in to test drive. Conrad was not available that day so Bobby took over helping us. Nice weather so we walked the lot. We've been to other dealerships and the sales person usually only wanted us to test drive whatever color and style was handy for them to go get. Maybe this is how they treat women customers, I don't know but we don't buy cars that way. Bobby showed us a Basque Red CRV-EXL and we changed our minds and bought this one. It cost more but we're really happy with this choice. This SUV is beautiful and rides like a dream. Chuck went over the new car price and our trade-in value and we're happy with the deal.
