I have been purchasing vehicles for over three decades and never have I had the pleasant experience of buying a vehicle that I had with Mr. Hargrove. They were aware that I contacted 8 different Honda dealers for competitive pricing and each dealer had a set of the same auto specs that I must have. They really worked to earn my business. I ended up purchasing a Honda Ridgeline for myself and contacted them a few days later using the same process to purchase a CRV for my wife. Again, they worked to earn our business. I can't say enough about the team concept employed by Tom, Bobby and Conrad. Sean David played a critical role as well and worked with us through every step to close the vehicle purchases. They went out of their way to get me the information and price quotes requested. They took video of a particular car (color options) I was considering and sent me the link. They delivered on their commitments and made a great deal happen. I would suggest when considering Honda's in the Tri-state, you put Jeff Wyler Honda and Tom, Conrad and Hank at the top of your list! The full story is that I am an 8 time Honda purchaser over the past 20 years. I have made those purchases at a variety of dealers over the years. But this time around I hate to admit it, I went for convenience in that I was working with the "Mall" Honda location because it was a short drive from my home. Big mistake. The "Mall" dealer had hail damaged cars -- on which I was very clear had no appeal to me -- and yet they tried to deliver one on the appointed day to pick up my new Honda. In talking with the General Manager at the "Mall" dealer, his feeling was that he really didn't need to have informed me the car had hail damage . . . So at this point, I walked away. As a committed Honda consumer, I was fortunate that Wyler had kept in contact and were understanding when I initially went for "convenience". They said I would likely be back, and they were right. They met all my needs and kept their word on their commitments -- delivering a quality experience. Tom Jones in particular put this deal back on the right track. You should give them a try. And Honda America should be happy that they kept a committed Honda consumer loyal to the brand. More
