Stopped in for an oil change, which led to the replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. I was happy that both were noted for replacement, even if they a replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. Rob stated there would be no charge for replacing the new cover..even offered to bring it to my house to be attached as he saw that I was having trouble walking due to back problems. Now that is what I call service! All of the employees with whom I had contact were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, which is why I use the service department whenever needed.
