Stopped in for an oil change, which led to the replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. I was happy that both were noted for replacement, even if they a replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. I was happy that both were noted for replacement, even if they added more to the final bill. Also ordered a passenger side mirror cover since the car wash place ruined the former one. Rob stated there would be no charge for replacing the new cover..even offered to bring it to my house to be attached as he saw that I was having trouble walking due to back problems. Now that is what I call service! All of the employees with whom I had contact were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, which is why I use the service department whenever needed. A positive experience, as always! I now have the "peace of mind" that is expressed on your Vehicle Care Commitment page. Thank you for excellent service every time. More

I was very upset since I knew that there was no way it was done by a rock or anything else. I brought it in to the service department not really expecting them to do anything about it. I had told a few people about it and they all said there was no way a dealership would take any responsibility from there experiences. I have to say I was greeted and told by very a very friendly person in the service department to come back and talk to the service manager. I returned in a few days and was pleasantly surprised when he informed me that it did indeed look like it may be caused from the way the windshield was installed and agreed with no argument at all to replace it. I have to say that I was amazed by this kind of treatment. I was expecting an argument based on my prior dealings with other dealerships. I will always take my car back here and I am very happy with the way I was treated. I will tell all of my friends to use this dealership for service as well as car purchasing. Thanks for restoring my confidence in car dealerships! More

Last week we purchased our 3rd new Honda in 4 years from Jeff Wyler Honda. We really like all of our Hondas, and Jeff Wyler treats us great. That's why we keep coming back. We worked with Al Sanders and he was helpful and patient. Al was quite knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle (we got a Pilot this trip). We felt the price for our new Pilot and the offer for our trade-in were both fair. All in all, a very good experience... and another great Honda! Thanks Al! In addition to buying our Hondas at Jeff Wyler Honda, we had our other Hondas serviced at Jeff Wyler over the past 4 years. The location is convenient (right off of Cross County) and the service dept is also great to work with. More
I bought a car from Larry in February 2011 and he was great! He was very honest and forthcoming with my husband and I and it made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice of a 2007 Honda Civi great! Unfortunately I totalled that vehicle in December 2011 and promptly returned in March of 2012. Larry was amazing in assisted me AGAIN! I am now leasing a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. I will always go to Jeff Wyler Honda in Colerain and as long as he stays there, I will always prefer to work with Larry! Also a great big shout out to Hank in the finance department! More

Wyler always has a great selection of new cars, they are patient while we figure out what we want to buy, and we always get a fair price. That's why we started shopping at Wyler and that's why we continue to go back when we need a car. Al Sanders was our Sales Consultant for the Pilot. He was great!! He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda as well as the competition. (I know he wants to sell a Honda but he did not bad mouth other make vehicles we considered.) He checked in with us after the sale to make sure we are happy with our purchase and to make sure any questions were answered or issues were resolved (we had no issues - it's a Honda!). Recently were looking for a used vehicle for our boys. After spending a couple days chasing down Craigslist dead ends, we called Al. He stayed in constant contact with us as cars became available at Wyler - sent us pictures and videos. Wow, what service. In short, we would highly recommend you call Al if you need a car. More

I feel like we are treated special since we bought our cars from Wyler Honda. They certainly value our business, make it easy to drop off our cars and always get the work done sooner than expected. We even go to Wyler for basic oil changes because we get in/out quickly, the price is very competitive and I like that my Hondas get an inspection at the same time to alert me if there are problems. No surprises on the cost of service. I like getting coupons for discounts on service, including basic oil changes, through the mail or Honda Owner Link. Keep up the good work!! More
